Consent to the Collection and Use of Personal Information

PYLER Inc. (“Company”) seeks your consent to collect and use your personal information as described below in connection with your job application.

  • Data Controller: PYLER Inc.

  • Purpose of Collection: Identification and verification of applicants, processing of application and inquiries, and confirmation of application details

  • Information Collected: Desired position, full name, email address, phone number, resume, work experience, educational background, date of birth, military service details, portfolio, and links to career-related platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, relevant blogs, GitHub, etc.)

  • Retention and Use Period: Three (3) years from the date of application

※ For multiple applications, the retention period will be three (3) years from the most recent application date.
※ If an applicant requests deletion of submitted documents such as a resume, the Company will comply without undue delay. Please submit deletion requests via email to: recruit@pyler.tech.
※ The Company may contact applicants for consent if similar positions arise that may match the applicant’s profile.
※ The Company evaluates candidates solely based on qualifications and does not request prohibited information under the Fair Hiring Procedure Act, including resident registration number, family status, marital status, photographs, physical appearance, or place of origin.

Notice Regarding Return of Recruitment Documents

This notice is provided pursuant to Article 11 of the Fair Hiring Procedure Act. Applicants who are not hired may request the return of their recruitment documents. However, if the documents were submitted via the Company’s recruitment website or email, or if the documents were submitted voluntarily in writing by the applicant, the Company is exempt from the obligation to return such documents under the exception clause of Article 11(1) of the Act.

  1. If you submit a Request for Return of Recruitment Documents within 180 days from the date on which the hiring decision is made, by email to recruit@pyler.tech, the Company will return the documents by mail (at the applicant’s expense) within 14 days of receipt of the request.
    Please note that documents submitted via the recruitment site or email, voluntarily submitted documents, or documents lost due to force majeure will not be returned.

※ When sending your request by email, please use the subject line: [Request for Return of Recruitment Documents / Applicant Name].
※ The request form should be in accordance with the form provided in Annex Form 3 of the Enforcement Rules of the Fair Hiring Procedure Act, available via the National Law Information Center (Korea).

  1. The Company will retain recruitment documents for up to three (3) years from the date of final decision and will destroy the documents thereafter in accordance with the Personal Information Protection Act.

  2. Submitted portfolios will be used solely for assessment purposes during the recruitment process and will not be used for any other purposes.

Consent to the above is required for participation in the Company’s recruitment process. You may refuse to provide consent; however, please note that doing so may result in limitations on your ability to participate in the hiring process.
