Role Overview

As an Account Executive at PYLER, you will play a critical role in driving strategic sales based on our proprietary Video Understanding AI. Your mission is to help transform the advertising landscape by demonstrating how PYLER’s products can directly contribute to the growth of our clients’ businesses. You will build relationships with mid-to-large-scale brands, agencies, and platform partners, while uncovering new business opportunities that fuel PYLER’s growth and market expansion.

Key Responsibilities

- Field and Partnership Sales: Lead the end-to-end sales process — from prospecting and pitching to closing deals and managing partnerships

- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with mid-to-large-sized brands and partners, fostering long-term strategic partnerships

- Consultative Selling: Analyze client business needs and provide tailored solutions using PYLER’s AI technology

- New Channel Development: Identify and manage new sales channels to expand market reach and share

- Account Management: Oversee client accounts and support upselling and cross-selling initiatives

- Market & Competitive Analysis: Analyze market trends and competitors to develop strategic responses and opportunities

Requirements

- 2 to 5 years of experience in B2B sales, with at least 1 year in field sales

- Deep understanding of B2B sales processes and customer lifecycle

- Proven experience in leading deals from initial outreach to closing

- Ability to think strategically and provide consultative solutions tailored to client needs

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

- Proficiency in creating professional materials such as presentations, proposals, and sales decks

Preferred Qualifications

- Sales experience at SaaS companies, AdTech firms, or platform-based businesses

- Field sales experience with technology-based advertising solutions

- Strong interest in and understanding of AI technology and the broader IT industry

- Clear and effective communication skills in both English and Korean

- Proven ability to solve complex problems creatively when existing solutions fall short

- Data-driven mindset with experience in analyzing sales and marketing performance

- High sense of ownership and passion for contributing to clients’ business success
