Key Responsibilities
- Develop and operate the backend services for AiD (AI-Defense), PYLER’s brand safety solution for video advertising
Requirements
- Strong analytical mindset with a keen eye for identifying problems and actively communicating to resolve them
- Self-driven and responsible attitude, with a passion for the assigned role
- Proficiency in either Python or a JVM-based language
- In-depth understanding of relational databases, networking, and operating systems
- Hands-on experience managing and tuning PostgreSQL or equivalent databases
- Practical knowledge of deploying and managing services on cloud platforms such as AWS or GCP
- Experience building and operating CI/CD pipelines using tools like GitHub Actions
- GitHub profile or portfolio submission is required
Preferred Qualifications
- Professional experience developing web backend services using Python frameworks such as Django Rest Framework, FastAPI, or Flask
- Proven experience in cost optimization within cloud environments (must be detailed in your resume)
- Experience with multi-cloud architectures, including cross-platform integration or data migration between AWS and GCP
- Familiarity with SingleStore databases
- Working knowledge of frontend development using React or Next.js
- Experience building web backends with Spring
- Hands-on involvement with container-based architectures (e.g., Kubernetes)
- Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) experience using tools like Helm or Terraform
- Exposure to designing and implementing large-scale data pipelines
